TEMPORARY SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are offering more flexible shipping and return policies for Canadian online orders for the foreseeable future.
We understand that you may not feel comfortable shopping in person right now, and we hope this will make things a little easier in the meantime.

- Extended 90-day return policy on regular priced online purchases

STANDARD SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We do our best to process all online orders within 24 hours. Weekend orders may be submitted the next business day.
International Custom Duties – For international orders, customs fees may be charged by the destination country’s government. We are not responsible for any additional charges enforced by the destination’s country, nor do we have control over the amount charged.
Shipping and Handling Costs – We charge a flat fee for all shipments according to destination.
All shipments are trackable. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping prices are PER PARCEL.
The breakdown is as follows:
CANADA (4-7 business days) - $20
USA (5-14 business days) - $30
INTERNATIONAL (1-4 weeks) - $50
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We welcome returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Online orders may be returned in-store or they can be shipped back to us at your cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.
In-store purchases must be exchanged or returned in store. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
Returned items must be in original condition, with receipt or record of the purchase.
Gift cards and all sale items sold at 50% off or more are final sale.
