SHIPPING
We do our best to process all online orders within 24 hours. Weekend orders may be submitted the next business day.
For local orders, in-store pickup is available for no cost. This option is available at checkout.
Custom orders and made-to-measure clothing is only available for local, in-store purchases.
Shipping and Handling Costs – We charge a flat fee for all shipments according to destination.
All shipments are trackable. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note, if you do not purchase Route Insurance, a signature is required upon delivery of your package.
Shipping prices are PER PARCEL. Whenever possible, we will make our best efforts to package all items in an order into a single parcel.

- CANADA STANDARD (3-9 business days) CAD $25
- Free standard shipping (3-9 business days) for orders of $350 or more.
USA Shipping Options
- EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days) - USD $50
- STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (8-15 business days) - USD $30
- Free standard international shipping (8-15 business days) on orders of $350 or more.
Mexico Shipping Options
- EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days) - USD $50
- STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (8-15 business days) - USD $30

International Shipping Options
- EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) - CAD $75

IMPORTANT NOTE - International Custom Duties – For international orders, customs fees are collected at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional charges enforced by the destination’s country, nor do we have control over the amount charged.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We welcome returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your order and item is in its original condition and packaging. Online orders may be returned in-store or they can be shipped back to us at your cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.
In-store purchases must be exchanged or returned in-store. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
Returned items must be in original condition, with a receipt or record of the purchase.
Gift cards and all sale items sold at 50% off or more are final sale.
