We Are Open May 22!
We’re all moved into our new space and ready to welcome you in starting May 22. Our new address is #102, 10145 104 Street, Edmonton, AB.
We will be back to regular store hours; however, you’ll notice a few changes so we can ensure the safest shopping experience possible.
We ask that anyone showing flu-like symptoms (such as cough, runny nose, fever, or sore throat) stay home, even if the symptoms are unrelated to COVID-19.
For those visiting us in the coming weeks, here are some changes you can expect to see.
1. Appointments encouraged
We will be limiting the number of customers in store, so we are encouraging you to schedule an appointment to shop or pick up your pending orders and alterations. Not only will this ensure you get the personalized experience you’re used to, it will also help us provide the safest shopping experience.
If you feel more comfortable without anyone else in the store, we are offering a limited number of appointments from 9-10 am and 7-8 pm Monday-Friday when we are closed to the public. Please get in touch with your sales associate to book.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing
You’ll find hand sanitizing stations throughout the store, and we will ask that you please sanitize or wash your hands when you enter.
Our staff have been trained on all the AHS guidelines and we will have non-medical masks and gloves available as needed. We will be sanitizing all surfaces after each customer interaction, and items tried on or returned will be held for a minimum of 24 hours before being steamed and put back out on the sales floor.
3. Keeping our distance
We will be doing our best to maintain a distance of two metres at all times, and we ask that you do, as well. Please forgive us for not shaking your hand or providing extra assistance when you try items on.

4. Curbside pickup
We are now offering curbside pickup for online orders during regular store hours. Choose “pickup in store” at checkout, then give us a call when you arrive and we will bring your order out to your car.
5. Assisted digital shopping
If you’d prefer to stay home but still want the personalized experience of shopping in store, please reach out to your sales associate and they will be happy to help! They can help you checkout online to have the order shipped to you, or they can assemble your order and schedule a time for you to try the items on.
