Duchamp was founded in 1989 by Mitchell Jacobs, a former buyer at Browns. The company is named after French artist Marcel Duchamp, with the vision to turn men's fashion into wearable art. Initially specializing in cufflinks, the company branched out and started offering neckwear in 1992 and continued to grow well after the founder sold the company in 2006. To date the brand now offers an assortment of accessories, shirts, suits, and jackets.
